Punks Do It Bitter is a golden, slightly coated beer with a creamy head and a good retention. It releases inebriating citrusy aromas with a pronounced dominance of grapefruit, giving an immediate olfactory idea of how refreshing this beer can be, an idea which is then confirmed by its taste.

It has a light body and flows easily, but not hurriedly, towards a dry finish with a delicate and persistent bitterness. Punks Do It Bitter’s trademark is the consistent dry hopping with Mosaic and Cascade hops, giving it the characteristic citrusness which is obvious in every phase of its sampling.

Trying this nectar two days ago, at home, Epalinges, probably coming from Amstein. A bit similar with the ex voisine of the trois dames, dry hop, mineral, dry malt, perfect bitterness, citrus, small aroma.of passion fruit, floral, on the way of a white ipa. 30.09.2022

Hoppy aroma of caramel malts, citrus, some tropical fruits. Flavour is fruity, some caramel, with a nice bitter finish. A light and very sessionable APA.

Bottle at BBT 07/2022. Hoppy aroma and taste, malty notes, grassyness, hay notes, medium bitter. Light to medium body, hoppy grassy bitter finish. Ok.

Bottle at BBT 7/2022. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Feels watery, but in a good way, very easy drinking and refreshing. Med-high bitterness, low sweetness. Malt completely in the background. Med-high lemony, flowery, grassy hops character. Rather simple, straight-forward, but well made. Quite good.

BBT 07/2022. Pale golden color with medium white head. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus notes. Taste is moderate hoppy, herbal, citrus, light zesty. Good.

Bottled 330ml. -from Carrefour Chamonix. Hazy golden coloured, medium sized white head, light citrusy nose. Biscuity malty, citrusy, light fruity and herbal with dry bitter finish.
