Cloudy, smooth and mellow, the Blanche de Namur is a wheat beer of the highest quality. From the first sip, you feel all the roundness and delicacy that make it an exceptional beer. Its qualities and the "know-how" of the brewery.
A true model of its kind, both floral and fruity, with subtle hints of coriander and orange peel. The nose is fresh, rather delicate. Serve cool, not cold, to enjoy the flavor and accentuate the elegant bitterness that wraps around the mouth throughout the tasting.

Arômes stéréotypés, manque de nervosité, manque de tension aromatique... Cette blanche n'est pas forcément la meilleure publicité pour la ville de Namur. Le visuel est sur un jaune paille voilé avec une mousse blanche de 3 mm. Le nez est tout sauf subtil sur la coriandre, le citron et le blé. Mais au moins celui-ci marque un minimum de présence, ce qui manque cruellement à la dégustation qui est d'une platitude morose. Une petite acidité confère tout de même une touche de fraîcheur mais sur des arômes simples et sans relief. Le final, d'une bonne longueur est peut-être un peu plus goutu, mais sans âme. L'alcool à 4,5 % peine quant à lui. Allez en Belgique sans passer par la case Namur? En tout cas pas pour cette Blanche.
