Cloudy, smooth and mellow, the Blanche de Namur is a wheat beer of the highest quality. From the first sip, you feel all the roundness and delicacy that make it an exceptional beer. Its qualities and the "know-how" of the brewery.
A true model of its kind, both floral and fruity, with subtle hints of coriander and orange peel. The nose is fresh, rather delicate. Serve cool, not cold, to enjoy the flavor and accentuate the elegant bitterness that wraps around the mouth throughout the tasting.

330ml. bottle and draught. Tasted several times during my trips to Belgium. [#3.854 Global - #133 Belgium - #1 Brasserie du Bocq] Light hazed yellow colour with a medium off-white head. Aroma: Coriander, banana, clove and yeast. Taste: Light floral, banana, coriander, yeast and spiced malts. Classic Witbier. Next one please!

Bottle. Cloudy milky pale yellow feat. a huge beautiful white head. Aroma of lemons, zest and grapefruit. Taste is even more citrus fruits (oranges join the fun) plus coriander and yeast. Slightly salty, spicy and soapy. Strong carbonation. Not overly exciting but really refreshing after a hard day‘s night. Neat.

Trübe gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hopfiger, fruchtiger, malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich hopfig, fruchtig mit Citrus, Orangen und Koriander, leicht malzig, hefig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

750ml bottle @home. Giallo paglierino, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di coriandolo, scorza d'arancia, limone, fieno. In bocca è rinfrescante, dolce, con chiusura appena amara e acidula. Corpo leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Buona.

0,33 bottle.Classic opalescent, straw yellow Belgian wheat color, with the expected snow white and large head. Yeasty, banana, orange aroma, quite sophisticated, coriander citrus, a little tart. Slightly less than medium carbonation. Slightly strangely bitter, of course the slightly citrus, banana, yeasty wheat is the base flavor. I expected a little more from it. For me, it's a little bodyless, i.e. rather watery. I've drunk better, or almost only better, in its category. Dull metallic bitter aftertaste.

Klasszikus opálos, szalmasárga belga búza szín, az elvárható hófehér és nagy habbal. Élesztős, banános, narancsos illat, elég kifinomult, korianderes citrusos is, kissé fanyar. Közepesnél gyengébben szénsavas. Kissé furcsán keserű, természetesen alapíz a kissé citrusos, banános, élesztős búza. Kicsit többet vártam tőle. Számomra picit testetlen, azaz inkább vizes. Kategóriájában ittam jobbakat, vagy szinte csak jobbakat. Tompa fémes keserű utóíz.
