On tap at Tired Hands Fermentaria, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out the oak barrels upfront in wonderful fashion, with more subdued mango, all wrapped up with a nice rustic saison yeast expression. Flavour is along the same lines, with a killer oak barrel character upfront, followed by light citrus, and rustic farmhouse saison yeast. Not getting any mango or much hopping. All in all, excellent.

32. oz. growler filled at the Fermentaria by Stacey. Aroma is funky mango, lactic acid, oak. Flavor has a great balance of flavors. Sourness is balanced by mango, slight funky yeast. Oak in the finish with a nice effervescent mouthfeel. This is what I come to expect from the brewers at Tired Hands, excellent!
