Draft at source. It's advertised as a very heavy beer. And it looks like it. Thick pink purple color, no clarity. The beer itself must have used some unripened berries. It's all dull berry flavor. No idea what the base beer must taste like.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a murky raspberry color with a medium sized foamy pink head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was sulfur, wheat and mixed berries. The flavor was dough with mixed berries and sulfur. Medium length finish with a growing sulfur presence. Medium body. Alcohol well hidden. Ok.

On tap, served in snifter. Raspberry ale, dull cloudy red and effervescent. Mildly tart fruit taste, medium sour finish. Decent, better than the other beers tried from this brewery.
