Pours clear amber with a very thick head. Grapefruit aroma. Tastes like a berliner weisse with tropical citrus notes. Palate has lactose and grapefruit. Great beer.

Can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh, tart grapefruit upfront, with plenty of pith. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart grapefruit and plenty of pith. Simple but pleasant.

Crowler from the brewery Slightly hazy deep yellow color decent sized white head moderate retention. Grapefruit in spades in the aroma and and the flavor, light pilsner maltiness underneath. Quaffable.

At the source: pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit and hops. Tste is grapefruit juice and a low bit of hoppiness. More beer than juice but still juicy.
