Sampler at Slate Farm Brewing. The first part of this is the neon, radioactive, pink, slime appearance of the beer. It is very unholy and scary looking. Something is wrong with it. Additionally, it feels like they added some thickening agent into the beer to full it up. Again weird. The beer is trying to be the generic kettle sour fruit beer everyone is making now. However, this is wacky. The strawberry is not strawberry enough, probably because they use real strawberries that aren't actually great for beer. There is more but that is enough.
