Named after our legendary rooster on the farm, this New England IPA is one of our favorite recipes. It was hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria. A hazy golden body is crowned by a big white head. Aromas of mango, tangerine and berries come through on the nose. The flavor profile displays some citrus fruit character with a very low bitterness and a soft mouthfeel.

Tall Can. Hazy light gold with a white head. Citrus and some floral hop notes. Moderate bitterness with the flavor pretty much following the aroma. Good average IPA.

16 oz can poured into a willi becher. Courtesy of a friend, thanks Ben! Hazy yellowish orange with off-white head. Aromas and tastes of citrus, floral notes, malt. Medium body with a dry finish. On the edge of being past prime but okay.

32oz growler from State Line. This is a very pale filthy beer, is this what whale sperm looks like? Description says " mango, tangerine and berries" but I get none of that. Mild bitterness all around and just generic mish mash of hops, some citrus, some herbal, some paper dry plants. Meh.
