Flaska från Beernavgator. Nästan två år gammal. Skummar stillsamt ur flaskan. Gyllengul, lätt disig med krämg medelhögt skum. Doft av honung med lite vax, säd och kaprifol. Relativt lätt och kanske lite beskare, men annars ganska stiltypisk. lätt sötma med honung, brända mandlar, säd, hö, ljust bröd, apelsinskal. En lätt välbalanserad och väldigt drickbar trippel. Mycket trevlig.

Cloudy deep golden colour, two finger frothy white head, collapses quickly to a thick layer, good lacing. Aroma sweet malty, yeast, nutty, peach, apple, cooked vegetables, citrus. Sharp taste, medium sweet, slightly bitter, salty notes. Medium to full body, oily texture, prickly on the tongue, lively carbonation, finish bittersweet, herbal and earthy notes. Overall a rather coarse tripel, disappointing.

Tripel with a thick, creamy, snow white head and clear deep golden blonde colour. Aroma of raw potato, green apple, peach, straw, gooseberry and quite some DMS (cooked vegetable). Taste subduedly fruity, applish touch, sourish accent, a bit grainy and lightly bready, sharp carbonation, minerally, leafy hop bitter finish with some ’jenever’-like, but not astringent alcohol. Decent enough.

0,33L bottle. Pours hazy golden with off-white head. The small head stays for a moment. Aroma is fresh fruits, yeast, malt and citrus. Flavor is very sweet, fresh fruits, yeast, wheat. Finish is mild dry bitter. Carbonation is high. Alcohol is some-what noticeable, but not distracting. Overall: rather simple and too sweet, not enough bitterness to balance the sweetness.

Hazy, dark golden. Frothy, white head. Aroma has oranges, peaches. Flavour is fruity, more peaches, bittersweet with hints of spicy yeast.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit, with notes of flowers and yeast and touches of malt. Sweet flavour of malt and fruit, with hoppy and floral notes and touches of hops. Aggressive carbonation. Lingering sweetish afteraste. Boozy. Too sweet for the style if you ask me, but drinkable.

Bottle, 7.5%. Sweet aroma, seems like liquorice? Unclean-smelling. Cloudy amber colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is sweet and caramelly with a herbal note, spicy, cinnamon? Quite unclean flavour, too. Tastes like a spice/herb/vegetable to me.

Hekder geel bier met veel schuim. Smaak is kruidig en licht zoet, bessen, banaan en kaneel. Blijft redelijk lang hangen. Goed bier.
