Flight at brewery. I get it, must. Blonde though is a stretch, thy must have used red grape must, paradoxically, because it’s a milkshake thickness of pink/purple. Aroma is dominated by the cocoa nibs, light chocolate with a Nutella and cracker. Some light fruit grapes fighting through. Mouthfeel is thick with light carbonation trickling through. Flavor ends with a refreshing grape lightness but it’s preceeded by lots of cocoa nib and thick malt biscuit. It’s not really a quad, more like an adjunct beer and it’s not really blonde. I wish I could have tried and unadulterated version. But it’s not bad.
