Bottle: Poured a hazy orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of fruity ester mix with some solid malt and a light tingly salty finish. Taste is also an interesting mix between some fruity ester backed by a solid malt profile with light salty notes. Hops are also quiet present and offer some citrus notes which somehow mesh well with the whole mix. Body is quite full with good carbonation. This was a very fun experiment that would pair well with exotic food.

Spicy herbal woody aroma with rosemary and dill discernible. Cloudy golden, thick yellow head. Herbal well funked flavor. Clean with rosemary notes. Mild chlorophenols. No fruity esters, little malt. Decent, but not really my thing.

31st July 2010. ChrisOs Pre GBBF - ’Raise The Roof’ tasting. Cloudy amber beer with a little off white head. Light palate. Sourish. A little fruity. Some hop bitterness. Okay but I was somewhat underwhelmed by this - expect more from BFM.

Bottle. Very interesting beer. Pours yellow orange with a strong, foamy white head. Highly floral aroma with light caramel malts and faint, earthy hops. Flavor is dynamic, with a good amount of grass and herbs, plus moderate sweetness and a dry bitterness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Finishes very dry and mildly bitter. Decent beer.

draft @ OTH. Nice to have this tasty treat on tap here in Florida. golden color, with nice thick white head. aroma, salty nose with nice fresh citrus. flavors, light mouthfeel, yeasty palate, floral hops and fruits with a mild bitter finish. Salt is present though not overly done and really adds a unique dimension to the beer. Palate remains highly fresh and hoppy, with herbal undertones and berry like finish.
