"Long Live Rock and Roll" is a series of Double IPAs in honor of my favorite record labels. Volume 1 is brewed in tribute to Riding Easy Records and in celebration of the new album by The Well. Battered with Ella and Mosaic, finished with Mosaic (kettle) and whole leaf Centennial (hop back) and then generously dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Cascade.

Tall boy canned 2/09. Very thick gold color. No yeast poop but low clarity. Fresh and bursty hops. The Mosiac isn’t super great with some bitterness but fine. Fresh hops but they don’t appeal to me but I don’t hate them. I’ve had better Mosiacs. Though a good stab for this brewery. I’d give another batch a try.
