Pour is a dark brown with a large creamy tan head. Aroma is almost nothing. Some sweetness is about it. Flavor is a little better. An ok roasted malt but nothing really to back it up. Thin as thin could be. No real body to this one. Don’t know what they were going for here. The color of the beer is even thin.

From a pint can. Pours a clear cola brown with a thick ecru, nitro head. Malty nose. Flavors of raisin and light toffee. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. Crisp, dry finish.

Dark brick red with a creamy, light tan, head. Aroma is light malt, sweet, a touch toasted, too. Smooth, medium to full body. Flavor is lightly malty, sweet, a bit of super light roasted malts. Boring and muted flavors.

New Beer Distributors, NYC 14.9 ounce can ($2.25): Pours dark brown with the nitro head. Aroma is light roasted malts and a tiny bit of dark chocolate. Basically, this smells like normal Guinness. Taste is watery. Somewhat bitter. Slight metallic taste in there as well. Meh.

Tin. Red brown with thick white head. Faint aroma aroma, with a bit of tin. Rather bland flavour, malt is what’s there. Dry finish.

I walked into my local distributor in Rochester, JR’s and there were these pretty girls giving me a sample of red harvest, I asked for two. Smell is a little beery with nothing unnatural. Flat from the start, the can they popped this from had a plastic widget. A little lighjter than the typical giunny. Seems to have a lighter finish or at least thats what the two girls talked me intah.

Can with widget. Fruity chocolate malt aroma. Dark chestnut with moderate tan head. Slightly sweet light chocolate malt flavor. Watery body. A little bit fruitier than the regular but otherwise just as bland.
