750 ml bottle bought @ Etre Gourmet. Shared at epic tasting on February 11. Pours hazy pale golden with a huge frothy white head that leaves lots of lacing on the glass while slowly dissipating. Smell is sweet with farmyard notes, orange peal, caramel, apricots, peaches, lemon juice, cloves, coriander and allspice. Taste is sweet, slightly sour, fruity and spicy with orange juice, ripe peaches, apricots, lemon balm, white pepper, ginger, cilantro, farmyard, alcohol and hints of gummi candy. Mouthfeel is full bodied, creamy and intense. Finish is tart and funky with lemon juice and orange peal.
