Mocno goryczkowe Ale z wloskiego minibrowaru. Kolor ciemnego bursztyna, metne i nisko nagazowane. Prawie bez piany, ale za to z mnostwem tresciwosci sytosci i goryczy. Chmielowy aromat bardzo wyrazny. Finisz takze wytrawny. Jakby poloczyc bittera z amerykanskim IPA. To mi sie wydaje obrazuje wlasnie to piwo.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel with notes of dried fruit. Sweetish, malty flavour with distinct caramel and flowery notes. Touches of fruit. Mild, bitter aftertaste. OK.

Bottled (from Ales By Mail). Ambery brown colour with a small slightly off-white creamy head. Aroma is nutty, mild herbal and hoppy notes along with some toffee and slight wood. Flavour is wooden, nutty, caramelly with some floral and mild resiny notes finishing in a rather bitter way.

Bottle from Utobeer. Very syrupy malt dark brown beer. Got a bit of woodiness to it. Its a pretty standard malty beer with some hop on the finish. Ok. Not exciting.

(Draught at In de Wildeman, Amsterdam, 20 Feb 2013) Reddish amber colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of caramel, red fruit and orange peel. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, citrus, a touch of pink grapefruit and a certain earthy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and tasty. Nice one.
