A traditional & authentic old style Belgium beer, pure malt and hops, without spices or additives. A floral nose of freshly cut straw, aromas of grilled cereals with a of hint of pepper. Well balanced with a subtle touch of bitterness at the end. The beer’s foam is dense and consistent. A light refreshing beer to be savoured.

Bottled 500ml. -from Ipertosano Pradamano (Udine). Honey golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, lively carbonation, malty and light fruity nose. Malty, yeasty, fruity, light floral and bit spicy with touch of banana in the finish.

Leicht herber, leicht hellmalziger Beginn. Eher trocken, minimal bitter, wenig hefig. Spritzig, erhöhte Karbonisierung, getreidig. Langweilig. 9/6/7/6/9/6

50cl bottle. Pours loaded gold, fairly transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is grainy, cereal. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is a good mix of malty sweetness and bitterness. Final is average.

I drank this beer with an Italian friend in Lausanne. It is a correct Belgian ale. In my opinion, it is better than a leffe, well balanced. 08.10.2016, buying it at the grain d'orges Crissier.

Bottle. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, med-light grainy astringency. Low sweetness. Flavour-wise this is mostly bready, grainy, a bit of earthy hops character, slightly spicy. Overall very neutral, but at least it is rather clean. Okay.

Bottle from Carrefour. Medium gold with a solid head. Aroma of bread malt. Flavour is citrus fruit malt, bread with a soft yeast finish.

50cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a huge white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, pale fruits, pale malt. Taste of sweet pale malt, yellow fruits and belgian yeast.
