33cl bottle @ DHVL. Pours clear golden with a fluffy white foam. Nose and taste is very fresh of yeast, fruity orange, hay and hops. Very nice.

Bottle, 8%. Citric and bready aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. The flavour is bready, but not too bad, citric and vinous. Rough bitterness, also lemony. All in all actually not too bad.

Slightly hazy golden blonde coloured body with a very thin white head. Aroma of fresh apples, yeast, corn, metal, raisins and caster sugar. Full-bodied; Effervescent taste up front with a lot of pungent malt, metal tastes and a good spicey fruityness tucked in with some sugars, alcohol and a very complex flavour. Aftertaste shows some sugars, toffee and mild corn flavours. Overall, a pretty good beer - showing a ton of complexity throughout. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from Oliver’s Beverage in Albany, New York on 22-December-2008 (which i’ve never seen this bottle in the whole of Belgium, ever) sampled at home in Washington on 03-March-2009.

33 cL bottle. Pours almost clear yellow with a huge white head. Strange spiced and butterish aroma - terrible. Favour is dry and mild caramel yet also quite chemical. Ends strange faul fruity too. Rerate needed.1-3-2-2-3=1.1

Sweet malty and yeasty aroma. Sweet malty and yeasty flavoured with a dry phenolic note. Light spiced finish.6-3-6-3-13=3.1

Bottle from Bottle Trek. Hazy apricot color with a decent white head. Aromas of pale stone fruit, yeast, candi and perhaps malt. Medium body with slightly fizzy carbonation. Flavor is spice, wood, pale fruit, malt, trace of funk. Finish is quite dry with herbs/wood/funk for a little extra bitter. Worth taking time to appreciate.

Bottle at Pig’s Ear 2007. Cloudy blond beer with thick lasting off white head. Bit of cream on aroma. Bit of sick on aroma. Some decent fruit in mouth, but too much creamy puke for me.
