Aroma has fruit and yeast. Pleasant dry flavor, one of the driest tripels I have tasted. Cloudy, almost white color, like a wit. Finishes with spices. Surprisingly complex with the spices, a good beer.

Cloudy blond color; fine perlage; big creamy head. Very strange aroma, perfumy, soapy, mushrooms, coriander. Quite good dry and spicy malt taste, soft, with a very good Belgian hopping, leading to a dry and bitter final, with a touch of spices and cellar. Very good and some originality.

A hazy blonde ale with a thick creamy white head. Aroma of sweet candy sugar, pears, bread, and light coriander. In mouth, a good crisp malt, with nice herbal notes, caramel sweetness, and warming alcohol. Some acidic tartness develops as beer warms. Bieropholie private imports. BB Oct. 06.

Bottled. Hazy nutbrownish yellow colour (strange mix of those) with huge off white creamy, longlasting head. Lacing beatifully. Aroma is flowers, fruits, yeast and some bready hints. Flavour is nutty, fruity, buttery, caramellish and alcoholic. Just a lovely mix, though the alcohol does mess the whole thing up a bit. But just lovely to drink, very easy-to-drink. Good session beer. And though the slight unbalance due to alcohol, just lovely! I need more of this!

Best before Mar 05. Pours deep orange into a tulip. Bread and biscuit notes. Dry bitter apple front to sour and back with a creamy lasting bitter finish. Similar to a XX.

Bottled 33cl (BB 09/2007). Hazy dark brown/yellow, lots of small floating yeast particles, good head. Crisp fruity-acidy aroma, some spices. Spicey, yeasty, not very fresh flavor. Long spicey (but mild), lightly alcoholic aftertaste.

Bottle pours a lemony yellow color. Lots of sediment makes it look very murky. Small head. Aroma is very present - starts off with a citrusy-lemony zing but has a deeper burnt malt aroma as well. Think burnt brown sugar with lemon highlights. Taste is lemon-y cookie dough with a lemon like bitterness at the end of the flavor. A light body for 8% and no hint of alcohol. Its got a bit of funk and a strong malt aspect. Seems I get a lot of lemon flavor here, damn that little prankster.
