Teppisten-bier is a complex belgian quadrupel with a syrupy body and notes of dark fruits, hazelnut, sweet chocolate and spices. The name is a joke from italian word "teppista" (hooligan).

(Draught at Nüetnigenough, Brussels, 25 Oct 2014) Hazy brown colour with brief, beige head. Malty, fruity, vinous nose with caramel, oak wood, nuts and chocolate. Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, raisins, hazel-nuts, chocolate, brown sugar and a mild bitterness in a vinous and warming finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Complex and tasty, well made beer with a certain punch. Nice one.

Murky dark amber beer, decent cream - tan head. Palate is softish and airy. Modest fine carbonation. Smooth sweetish malts. Mild caramel. Cherry and then dark fruits. Tangy orange led dried fruits. Little spice. Smooth dry finish. Fruity and tasty.

Ale wspaniale wygladalo z zolta niewielka kremowa piana czarno brozowa barwa no i super pasowalo do sera chedar.

330ml bottle. Hazy, ruby red glowing dark brown colour with late awakening, average, creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, beige/pale ochre head. Chocolately malty aroma, fruity notes of plum, black cherries, hints of rum soaked dark fruit. Taste is moderately sweet dark fruity, chocolately, minimally spicy and bitter hoppy overtones, dry and dark chocolately undertones that can’t deny their cereal origin, lasting treacle-like finish; oily, sirupy texture, sticky palate. Slightly too sweet, very well hidden alcohol, a very nice sipper.

Bottle @ weekly tasting. Opaque brown color, medium to full sized beige head that lasts for a decent while. Not a whole lot of aroma... Taste lightly malts, lightly caramel, moderately swwet, slightly herbs or spices. Medium body and carbonation. Decent.

Dark brown, foam disappears quickly, low carbonation. Very sweet start. Aroma of honey and dark sugar. Bitter finish. Some mettalic notes. A bit unbalanced.
