75 cl bottle @ PBF Ⅸ, BBE 25.05.2018
Aroma is sourish with white wine, apricot and some bourbon notes. Also grapefruit. Flavour has some white wine notes, bourbon, vanilla and some fruity tones. Feels acidic. Quite bland on the flavour side, I liked the basic Struiselensis much more.

750ml bottle @ PBF IX

Pours cloudy yellow with a foamy head. Aroma of bretta, wood, oak, vanilla and ripe fruits. Taste is sweetish, woody and oaky with some vanilla and ripe fruity notes. Finish is mildly tartish and funky with some yeast, wood and vanilla. Pretty smooth, not very sour or tart.

Bottle at RBNG-14. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is vanilla, malt, hop, citrus, sourness. Flavour is vanilla, hop, malt, sourness, brett, oak. A beer to enjoy.

Bottle at Craig’s tasting. Hazy golden, tart, light toffee, sweet, barrel aging really mellows it out.

bottle at home ... golden amber ,,, small white lacing ... soft big horse blanket nose ... soft fruits ... juicy lemon .. soft funk .. dry fruits ... orange and lemon ... soft mellow fruits ... soft funky fruits ... no real bourbon but its mellowed the tart ... nice 3.8

Sample from bottle at RBNAG 2014, Halden, Grand Tasting. Short notes of aroma and flavour: Sour - lemony - farmhouse. Good! Did not get the bourbon notes.

Cloudy pale golden color with a big white head. Citric,yeasty and acidic fruity aroma. Medium + body. Moderate sweet and a fine bitterness. Average carbonation. Balanced fresh citric, acidic, yeast and some sour fruity notes in the flavor. Lovely ale!

From a shared 75cl bottle at RBNG-14. Pours hazy pale golden with a white head. Funky fruity aroma with sour berries and nice yeasty notes with hints of bourbon. Balanced, pleasant and quite refreshing. (2014-02-15 - Grand Tasting, Fredriksten festning, Halden)
