Bottle, 75cl. A murky orange-brown beer with a dense, light beige head of moderates size. Lots of tropical fruits in the aroma, pineapple, peach, grapefruit and a touch of yeast. Some malty hints. Peppery, spiced notes too. It’s quite sweet on the palate, yet dry, with a tad too much carbonation. Lots of tropical fruityness in the flavor too, with a pleasant bitterness lasting for a good while. Lots of fruityness and bitterness in the end too. Some woody hints all the way. Quite pleasant in a way, but I don’t think I could have a bottle on my own. 131122

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours murky brown with small off-white head. Clear, vinous aroma, with notes of flowers and yeast. Deep, malty flavour, with heavy vinous notes, touches of oak barrel, yeast and spices. Bitter and rough aftertaste. Very interesting. Never had an amber ale like this before.

Pours murky amber/brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, funk, brett and pineapple. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Cloudy amber with a lasting off-white head. Bready malt aroma with some brettanomyces and pineapple, and brown sugar. Malty flavour with fruity notes, brett funk and lots of yeast

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma is mild with caramel and hops. Taste is ashtray, brett, malt and fruits. A bit weird and not very harmonius.

Dsg tasting at Chris’s. Aroma is light funk light socks and tart raspberry. Light hazed red orange persistent off white head. Lively palate velvety. Flavour is raisin light cherry slight chalky finish. Slight musty edge. Light vanila.

[10/4/13] Bottle sample at a tasting at chriso’s place. Hazy amber with a bit of floaties and a beige head. Sourish aroma of oak, malt, cherries, a bit of plums and vinegar hints. Sourish flavor, a bit sweetish, with oak, malt, dark fruits, vinous notes and a slightly astringent finish with a bitter hint. Medium-bodied. Decent and quite drinkable.
