Hazy amber colour, white head. Light sour aroma, malts, funk, citrus, pink grapefruit, light whisky notes. Light sour flavour, smoke, grapefruit, quite floral. Light sour finish, malts and smoke.

Sampled from bottle @ RBBSG II. Clear amber color, medium sized off - white head. Smell malts, slightly smoke and something I can’t quite get my finger on. Taste malts, slightly fruity, slightly bitter. Proves a beer doesn’t have to be complex to be nice. Balanced with suitable mouthfeel.

75cl bottle courtesy of benzai @ RBBSG II. Bottle count at 87, BB 25-01-2014. Ambrée, col beige. Arôme est malté sur une fine note noisette, levure, malts caramel et grillé avec une petit touche rappelant le café au lait. De fines pointes de fumé sont perceptibles en rétro-nasal. Palais est finement amer citronné et ajoute une pointe d’épice, palais sec et terreux avec une note surette. Malt oscillant presque sur un tourbe léger venant de ce mûrissage en fût de whisky avec des notes de cara et pâle. Malheureusement ce dernier ne se développe pas de trop, ce qui est peut être ok pour une bière à 5%.

Courtesy of Benzai. Thx! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG II. Bottled on 21/12/2012. Limited to 87 bottles (a big batch for Oersoep). Murky orange amber with a fading white head. Nose is sweet grapefruit, flowers, sweet and mellow whisky, light fresh wood, oranges, zesty,….Taste is a mix of bitter grapefruit, flowers, mellow whisky, bitter grass, very fruity, yeast, light wood & caramel,… Body is a bit grainy, slightly soapy and fizzy. Another delicious brew from these guys.

Little cloudy beige to amber beer, irregular big off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, probably infected, some chloride, citrus, pretty weird. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: funky, little bitter, citrus, dirty touch, pretty sour, lemony. Aftertaste: bitter touch, bit weird.
