Bottled. A black beer. The aroma has notes of spices, wood, and caramel, as well as a lighter note of brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and wood, leading to a dry woody finish.

750ml bottle brought back from FL. Deep opaque brown-black with a massive beige head. Fruity aroma, some funky Saison undertones. Rich and bold, a lot of depth. Chocolate, caramel, fruity amber malt, spicy funky yeast tones. Great mouthfeel, soft champagne carbonation. Some champagne tones, with the alcohol clearly showing. Not unlike a Scottish Wee Heavy, but amped up..more going on. A somewhat boozy Belgian Scotch Ale. Bold and unique, quite a treat.
