Aroma: Mango and kiwi notes. Sweet caramel.

Appearance: Completely clear light golden body with a thin, pure white head. Light carbonation.

Taste: Very hoppy with a tropical fruit flavour. Pine resin in there too. Dry, bitter finish.

Palate: Medium body with a sticky mouthfeel. Soft carbonation.

Overall: One for hop heads. Lovely sticky resin and fruit flavours. Arguably Hawksheadโ€™s finest beer.

Cask at ACBF 2012. A dark golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, lemons, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, and spicy hops, leading to a dry finish where a hay note lingers.

Cask @ ACBF 2012: clear, slightly dark orange with a white head, smell reminds me a bit of nelson sauvignon, herbal & floral hops as well, taste is bitter, herbal, floral hops but also some white grapes & melon, slight white berries, slightly fizzy, touch watery cask thingy but quite nice anyway, pint-able

Cask B.C."H."; metallic dark-golden beer. Nelson Sauvin, and other very fruity/flowery, blossomy hops, and lots of grapefruit too. Fruity-bitter, with grapefruit, bitter melon, lytchee. Light, but not empty MF. Gristslickness. Long bitter/hoppy aftertaste. Another excellent pale ale, in no particular national style - great!

Cask, Dispensary, Liverpool. Clear amber looks with a nice creamy lingering white head. Great juicy fruit nโ€™ hop in the nose and flavour. Maybe some notes of kiwi, or did i imagine that ? Great condition, sparkling stuff. Big lingering hop bitter finish. Hugely drinkable.

Cask handpull at Tap East. Clear gold thick lasting near white head. Hugely big tasty nettle really leafy big hop. Tasty as hell. You do have to take a deep breath after each gulp as it is so big on the leafy hop. Good stuff though
