Bottle courtesy of Saxo. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 250715

Can. Another one from the spotless grocer over the road from Bragazzi’s. Pissy and sweet. A bit lacking fizz, but easy going. It’s a knicker a pop. Not too much to dislike really. Ok for the style.

Can from corner shop in Bedford. Piss yellow, thin-looking. Citrusy and slightly medicinal aroma. Surprisingly pleasant sweet taste with a bittersweet finish. Not much to it but one of the more pleasant pale lagers I’ve had in recent times.

500ml, can F: average white head, quick diminishing. C: clear gold. A: malt with a bit of grass and floral. T: malty but also some caramel like and well balanced with nice bitterness, medium body, nice carbonation, macro but one of the better side pale lager.

Pours pale golden, white head. Aroma is apricot, orange, bread and honey. Fresh and swift, nice bitter ending.

Can @ Home. Pours light golden with a white head, loads of lively bubbles, some sugary lacings. Aroma of malt, grain, light corn, light cardboard. Flavor is sweet, malt, caramel, grain, sugar. Medium body, average to lively carbonation. 150415

Zubr do zubra nie podobny, ani do tego w reklamie, ani do tego dawnego Zubra. Kiepski i nie kiepski, kiepski w porownaniu do piw z browaru dojlidy, przed zamknieciem i sprzedaniem go w obce rece, a dobry w porownaniu z innymi masowymi, nie wszystkimi ale w wiekszosci lagerow masowo produkowanych, bo trudno tu mowic o warzeniu. jest lepszy niz tyskie i to kazdy rodzaj, a zdecydowanie lepsze od debowego.

50cl Can from Sterk Avondverkoop. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of skunky hops, grass, strong lager, apricot. Flavour is grainy, medium sweet, light fruity, alcohol, nah.. Light bodied.
