Tap at Valhalla Prague. Thx Gurthnar! Bit hazy dark red, brownish body, thick off-white head. Sourish, cherry, red grape, dusty notes, bit of caramel and saliva. Lean, dry taste, sour cherries, metallic, low caramel, more simplistic than expected but a nice one!

On tap at Valhalla Beer Club, pours a hazy dark amber brown with a small off-pink head. Aroma has a nice oaky character, along with dry tart red fruits, and a touch of Worcestershire. Flavour follows as is, with plenty of tart dark fruits, booze, plenty of bone dry oak, and a touch of balsamic/Worcestershire. Really nicely constructed, very low acidity on the finish. Excellent.

18 April 2024. At Hal 16 (Dok Brewing). Cheers to the Teamleader crew!

A: hazy brown, stable, foamy, tan head.
A: sour cherry, passion fruit, fermenting grape, wood, almond, malt vinegar.
T: sour nectarine, passion fruit, grape; funky vinegar; fruit cake.
F: soft herbal hops, woody tannins, sour fruit.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
On the dry, woody side, not as funky as Duchesse I'd say, very good.

Bottle. Deep brown with a beige head that's soon less than a coat. Aroma of wine vinegar, oak, caramel, bread, cherries. Slippery, low carbonation. Quite sour and quite acidic with clear vinegar notes along with wood, sour cherries, caramel. Nothing overwhelming though and there's spicy and brackenish notes along with oak at the end that finishes things neatly. Pretty good.
