Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Pours brown with no head. Aromas of basamic funk, red wine, acetic notes. Taste is light sour, more balsamic, sourness creeps up down the glass. Dry, woody, sour finish, light cidery hint. It's a bit good this is.

Bottle from Dyspensa in Radom. Alez kwasne piwo. Niesamowity aromat juz po zdjeciu kapsla. Pachnie octem jablkowo-winnym. W smaku sos beszamelowy zalany a wlasciwie utopiony w occie balsamicznym, ocet winny troche wisniowej zadziornej kwaskowosci. Piwo jest lsniaco bordowe zupelnie bez piany taki to urok tego stylu. Metnosc poprawna kakaowo brazowa sie robi po przelaniu tej mazi. Caly czas gryzie i zakwasza gardlo. Extremalne i dla wielu nie do przelkniecia. SUPER sour red and brown Ale. zblizony do Rodenbach vintage troche tez do dobrych wytrawnych win wloskich, zwlaszcza sycylijskich. Hardcore Sour I’m lovin it.

Pours like a cola, dark brown with a head that fades away in seconds. There’s a fair amount of sweetness in both the aroma and flavour. Flavour also has some balsamic vinegar sweet and sour notes. Woody dryness in the finish.

Shared 16.9 oz. bottle. Pours an opaque amber/burgundy with a small beige head. Aroma is sour and vinous. Taste is red wine, wood, and sour dark fruits. It’s extremely tart and acetic, but has some sweetness to balance things out. I wasn’t sure what to make of it at first, but after sipping for some time, I found it to be most agreeable.
