Bottle: Poured a light orangey color ale with a small bubbly head with limited retention. Aroma of weird spices is not the most enticing. Taste is different from your average wit but not necessarily for the best; there is way too much orange peel with limited coriander which contributed to the misbalance character of this beer. Body is slightly oily and not full at all. Weird take on a style that doesn’t provide much error margin to begin with.

Pours with a very slight golden haze into a tumbler with no head. Sour orange notes. Almost flat, very slight fizz, if anything. Sour lemon with a quick finish. The flemish sour of wit beers. Certainly unique.

Slightly hazy white with a thin white head. Aroma of spice, orange, and some funk. Spiced flavor, lots of orange, with hints of tea. Quite fizzy.

Surprising, unique, and pretty good. Coriander aroma is restrained. Cloudy amber color, foamy head. The flavor was the real surprise here, with a nicely refreshing tartness that mad this very pleasant while I was outside grilling on a hot August evening. There’s a fair amount of orange citrus flavor throughout this, reminiscent of the Hitachino Nest White but more balanced and less offensive. This reminds me of a hybrid between traditional witbier, the Nest White and a Berliner Weisse.

(Bottle 33 cl) Very orangey golden with a very small head. Incredibly fresh citrusy nose - or orange nose to be precise. Very sourish orange flavours and fresh, perfumy notes of coriander. No malt at all. 180705

Bottle. Aroma of yoghurt, mold, cloves with a hint of sourness. Pale golden colour, creamy white head. Moldy, sour flavour. The sourness is a bit weird. Moldy aftertaste. The mouthfeel is very swelling.
