Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle, bottled on November 14, 2015 poured into a tulip. Hazy orangish red with beige head. Aroma is light cherry, medium body, light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is tart cherry.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Amit. Bottled 11/14/15, batch #704. Slightly hazy deep orange-amber. Aroma of cherries, cherry pits, cellar, light buttery pedio note, some funk, oak. Sourish flavor with a sweetish note, with oak, cellar, cherries, lemony note, and a caramelly note. Medium-bodied. Very good.
