A black beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet and again with roasted malt being most dominant, but it also has notes of chocolate.

Deep dark pour that produces a thick black body over a head that resembles a chocolate thickshake. Nice roasty warm chocolate aroma. Dark chocolate and roast malt bitterness towards the end. Smooth full palate.

Dark black with moka head. Chocolate , coffee and vanilla aroma , slightly burnt caramel in the nose. Not overly sweet , with chocolate, and peaty notes, lightly smoked in mid taste. Mild bitter finish. which lingers pleasantly. Light to medium bodied, but interesting marriage of choclate and smoked. Been a while i didnt try the Noire, and my feel is, most Boreale products have gone up in quality.

Real black brew with sweet coffee taste. Pourred a very large black head (very nice look). Not too mucy body and not too com-plex but still very enjoyable. The bitterness level is appropriate. I think this beer is very underrated

Very dark brown. Milky, roast barley aroma. Full body with black malts and dark chocolate. Thins into a slightly lactic finish. Slight hint of nuts. Straightforward stout.
