Bottle. Lactic lemon-lime malt, salt, and straw aroma. Medium yellow with small head. Salty sweet lemon-lime, malt, and light straw flavor. Body on the light side. Very pleasant. To paraphrase Travlr "The Best Canadian Gose I’ve ever had".

This was poured into a stange.
The appearance was a subtle crisp dried looking orange to yellow color with a slight transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising to fill a one finger white foamy head that dissipated fairly quickly. There wasn’t any lacing.
The smell started off with a big burst of lemon, lime and citrus rind.
The taste, pretty much, copied the smell. It had a light tartness about it along with the sourness as well and had a dry sweet citrus to semi-tart aftertaste running into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a big sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good and low, and got slightly sticky in the feel.
Overall, I liked it for me, but don’t necessarily see it as a gose as it was pretty weak on the \"salt\" flavor. In fact, I didn’t get any \"salt\" in it, maybe its a Berliner weisse or I just had it too late in the year. I’d have again if I knew it was fresher.

Draft 10 oz pour at Special Brews. Pours a pale yellow color with a thin bubbly head. Sour orange fruit aroma. It’s nice to see this beer to have the salt water be present, but not overly obvious or overpowering. Flavor is a little doughy, light sour fruit, with a tart finish. Overall, tasty beer.

Bottle from Bishops Cellar in Halifax. It pours hazy deep gold with a small beige head. The nose is soft, juicy, apricot, peach, candy and sherbet. The taste is crisp, bitter, juicy, salty orange sherbet, marmalade, green apple, lemon sherbet, candied action, minerals and mild acidity with dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy gold with a transient white head. Aroma of light fruit; hint of salt. Med minus body. Flavor is stone frui, caramel, more than a hint of salt. Some citrus. Good with salami.

375 ml bottle. Pours yellow with moderate head. Aromas of salt, coriander, and citrus. Flavors of salt, coriander and potato chips with additional salty vegetal notes. Kind of like vegetable crackers.
