Draft at The Partisan. Poured a cloudy yellow color with a small off-white head. Aroma was some light sea-breeze, with some tartness, light grains. Flavor was light tartness, grain, light salt splash.

Cloudy blonde. Aroma is blueberry, lacto, salt, biscuit, gooseberry. Fresh, fruity, refrshing, berryish, salt comes in late to round it out, perfectly balanced. Stupid good.

Pours a murky medium gold with a ring of white bubbles, no lace. Aroma a little tart, wheat, lemon, coriander, some orange and a little funky, salty or even sulfurous (?) character for an undertone. On the palate, light lactic sort of sourness or tartness frames a wheat malt core, dried coriander, soft orange peel notes in the centre of the palate before that fades back to lactic. Salt character is quite minimal. Light mouthfeel with almost no carb. Kind of between a not-very-sour Berliner and a gose to me. Not terribly complex but a light, fairly refreshing sort of sipper.

BOTTLE 37,5CL.
Saison-like spice, peppercorn, coriander, green fruit stones and a touch of salt. Lots of stuff going on here, all in harmony and at just 3.8% abv the beer it not nearly of being watery. An excellent table beer.

375mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy opaque golden with a medium white head. Nose brings out lightly tart wheat notes, citrus, and maybe a hint of salt. Flavour is citric, with lightly tart wheat notes. Not getting any of the salt really. Very highly drinkable, with tart wheaty notes dominating. I enjoyed this much more than the average rating. Excellent beer.

Cloudy blond color with almost no head. Very nice sour aroma, pungent but delicate, fruity, plums; fresh. Well carbonated, soft mouthfeel; lightly fruity and wisely salted. Very low bitterness.

Bottle thanks to burspak! Pours cloudy golden orange with a large off-white head, creamy and slow to dissipate, leaving nice lacing. Aroma is hay, ocean breezes. Flavor is light sweet, light tart, lemony, a bit of saltiness apparent, lemon and coriander. Light body and hugely drinkable. Yum
