Bottle at DSG 2011. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is fruit, malt, roasted malt, caramel. Flavour is roasted malt, fruit, caramel, metallic, fruit, hop. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle 330ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, berry, light chocolate, light moderate yeasty, leather. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, dark malt, dark berries. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Bottle @ Home. Hazy, cloudy dark brown, not an appealing color. Small beige / light brown head. Smell smoked, roasted, burned malts and caramel. Taste roasted and smoked. Nice carbonation and a nice medium body.

Bottle. It pours an almost clear body, brown, and topped by a small, dense, off-white head. It’s slightly sourish on the nose, roasted and caramel-ish. Roasted and slightly sourish on the palate, with chocolate and a touch of dried fruits. Dry and full-bodied. A decent beer, not my idea of a scwharzbier, but it’s not bad anyway. 110820
