Bottle from pre-ZBF 2010. Bright pinkish red with a coca-cola style head. Aroma of strawberry and vanilla. Taste unexpectedly has sour lemons. Decent enough, but not De Molen’s strength.

Gushing to huge pink fluffy head; dark red-cylamen beer, well-carbonated. "Tart" nose, with lots of red fruit and fine leaf herbs. Smoked - cherry - yeast: three determining vectors for this beer. Finish is near tart. Achillesheel is the mouthfeel, quite watery, making the rather aggressive carbonation stand out even more. Needs to be beefed up. Bit more cherries, LOTS more malts. Maybe sniff of speculoos spices.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a collapsing pink head. Aroma is dry almondish and cherry, smooth and dry - no sweet or citric hints. Smooth, mellow cherry and light wheaty flavoured. Again no citric notes. Dry cherry finish. Lasting yeasty and dry impression into the far finish.

Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Deep red colour with big slightly off-white head. Aroma is tart fruits and red berries along with some slight wood and marzipan as well. Flavour is cherries and red berries in a rather mouthdrying way. Smooth and pleasantly balanced.

Bottled. An unclear red beer with a pink head. The aroma has raspberries(?) and a bit of almonds. The flavor is sweet with notes of berries, malt, and a bit of phenol, leading to a lightly tart berry finish.
