33cl bottle, BB Aug-11. Gusher, first a clear rosé, then a darker yeasty-like beer came gushing out.

Bottle, 33cl. Opened over the sink, as I expected, and got, a gusher. A big creamy, pink head sits on top of an unclear, candy-red body with heavy carbonation. Cute lacings occur. The aroma is sure fruity, with berry-like sourness (of course sourness can’t be smelled, but you know what I mean), milky-style sourness and something reminiscent of almond. It’s very effervescent in the mouth, medium bodied and quite dry, with flavors of fruity and lactic acid and cherries. Some bitterness towards the end. Overall, a quite decent one, but far from a favorite of mine, although it did good in the sun. 110618

Bottle at home with Lyoli. Hazy red pour with a voluminous, pink head. This bottle actually gushed a bit. Tart cherries and bready malts on the nose. Lightly sweet flavor, decent cherrie notes, some metal, bit of dough. Light to medium in body with lively carbonation. Crisp, faintly fruity finish, but a touch watery. Some mild earthiness adds a nice layer. Pretty alright.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Pikkulintu - shared with Rosenbergh) The beer poured red and cloudy. Its head was medium sized, pink and it disappeared quickly. Aroma had cherries, cherry stones and malts. Palate was very light bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were cherries, malts, mildly sweetness and little bit of bitterness. Aftertaste had dryness and cherries. The aroma was quite promising but the taste was only disappointing.

Bottle. Cloudy red with a pink head. Unfortunately, the beer was a disappointment, did not taste or smell much. Nah, this was a bland story with almost zero after taste and barely any sourness at all.

Bottled (Alvinne shop, BB 08/2011, 33 cl)
Pinky deep red color with collapsing pinky head. Lively beer so open with care. Aroma of sour cherries and strawberries with hints of beans. Medium-bodied. Dry, but not tart. Like drinking dry cherry juice with hints of vegetables. Not very juicy or fruity.

cloudy red, large fluffy head4 boozy bit fruity beryish aroma 6 flavor is bit fruity, beerish, mild. 6. re-rate. extremely agressive gusher, less than half the bottle remained in, and what came out, came out in seconds. like a shaked champaigne bottle. cloudy red, very nice large pink head that very soon disappears. aroma in ths one not as boozy as the last one. beries, spices. flavor is berries, spicy infection. ends fruity and sort of dry. in fact not much flavor, and could use some sourness and tartness.

Bottle at Arendsnest. Pours hazy darkish red with a pink head. Mild sour cherry aroma. Medium body. Slightly sour, slightly oak y cherry flavor. Not exactly a sour kriek, but it bears some resemblance. Nice alternative to heavier beers.
