Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, mild coriander and other spices along with some yeast and fruits. Flavour is quite much the same along with some slight hints of eggyness. Still a quite nice witbier.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Yeasty powerfull aroma with strong citrus notes. Light bitter flavor, strange heavy bitter average finish. Too harsh. Watery palate.

50 cL bottle, thanks to faroeviking. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Citrus fruity and yeasty. Dry flavour, spiced, banana and mild wheaty. Lingering citrus finish into a solid spiced finish.

Hazy pale golden with medium head. Sweet aroma with coriander, yeast and orange peel. Flavor is somewhat spicy and sweet with wheat, orange peel and hops. I don’t need that much hops in my wheat beer…

Bottled (batch #252, brewed 110806)
Golden color, hazy after yeast has been poured, firm small white head. Sour, wheaty, bubblegum aroma - almost lambic-like. Sourish, spicey (coriander) and hoppy. Yeast has familiar Nøgne Ø-character. Interesting wit!

Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Cloudy medium orange yellow color with a average frothy good lacing mostly lasting white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, orange, medium coriander, vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

(50 cl bottle at Haket, Göteborg) At first a clear golden color, though it turns very shady once the sediment hits the glass. White head. Spicy yeasty scent and taste. There’s no way you’d misstake it for a weiss instead of a wit! Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Spicy aftertaste.

BB 03/07. Hazy yellow with white head. Aroma has wheat/yeast/citrus and coriander. Taste is the same with a smooth body and rather low carbonation. Light hops appears in the finish! Fine lacings. Classic Belgian style! Nice product!
