Bottle. Orange colour with a white head with good duration. Aroma is light caramel with herbal notes. Flavor is light sweet at the beginning, notes of herbs and caramel with medium maltiness. The final is mild bittery with medium duration.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Põrgu, 20131125) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was large and white. Aroma had fruitiness, tartness and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were Belgian style yeast, tartness, fruitiness and bitterness. Aftertaste had Belgian style yeast, fruitiness and bitterness. A decent Belgian style ale.

(bottle, 33cl, 8.5% abv) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a big foamy white head. Slightly bready malty aroma with delicately grainy spots, accompanied by fruity notes of lemon and ripe pears. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Bready, slightly biscuity malty taste with fruity notes and mildly yeasty spice; moderately sweet malty and fruity finish with a dangerously muted alcoholic strength. 31.VIII.13

Draught at the brewery. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Sweet spicy aroma. Flavour is sweet, fruity, yeasty.

Tap sample at the brewpub. Can’t really relate to the last few ratings here though. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is light floral, tart fruits, light soapy/perfume, light spicy, alcohol. Flavour is medium-sweet, light malty, light perfume/soapy, light fruity, bitter hoppy and light alcohol finish with a hint of spice. Medium to full-bodied, decent triple-style beer.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Nose of metal, overripe fruit and phenols. Rich body, totally dominated by rotten fruit and yeast, some late alcohol. Chaotic. 090413

i do like their labels! bottle at home, best before one month ago .. damn me ! pours blonde, extremely bog white foam . smell ( trough a 8 cm foam) is realy bad! boozy, very sour ( not lambic or lemon style, just BAD . i actualy thought ( dont know why) this was an amber ale. so blond, sour , boozy... thats quite diffrent ! enters the mouth rather sweet, taste is soft, kindof typical belgian blonden ale. but with a weird twist in it . it tastes like what you smell in a hospital. awtch. yeah now i remind! this is THE EXACT same taste as i had when going to the dentist, when they give you something for the pain when they , for instance, pull a tooth. scary how exactly the same this does taste. its pretty awfull alright ! that dentisty-taste just stays in yer mouth, fades away very very slowly. opened this bottle by myself, but after one sip i know it already : drainpour! im just to afraid my whole jaw will turn numb if i drink more . damn . stay away, from this folks !

Zuerst hätte ich mir eine Art Chilly- oder Gewürzbier erwartet, aber man bekommt ein durchaus feines belgisches Ale mit wunderbar usgewogenen Gewürzaromen und dazu einen leicht malzigen Körper. Alles schön verwoben zu einem Gerüst von süß und würzeig. Vom erhöhten Alkohol merkt man nicht viel. Alles hat seinen Platz und das Bier ist wunderbar süffig und ausbalanciert. So soll es sein.
