lys brun noe tåkete med høyt hvitt skum. Lukter eple, korn mot havre og honning. Syrligbitter noe pepperig smak. Middels fylde. Pepper og krydder ligger lenge.

Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, spices, citrus, sweet malt.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Spices, fruit, yeast, citrus.

Bottle at home. The color is hazy straw and has a big, off-white head. Aroma of dry hay, citrus, some spices and Belgian yeast. The flavor is similar with additional tones of grass and some alcohol. Is a little dry in the end. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium, balanced bitterness. A fresh and nice saison but the aroma is a bit faint.

Licht troebel geel bier met veel schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en licht fris zuur, citrus, pinda en bittere chokolade. Smaak blijft lang hangen.

Utseende: Dunkel gulbrun farge.
Skum/kullsyre: Dekkende skum, noe karbonering.
Smak: Frisk smak av høy og sitron.

Foam: white creamy and frothy, good retention Colour: hazy pale yellow colour Aroma: herbal saison noise Taste: refreshing and nicely balanced, medium to hight carbonation, medium body, some fruitiness, peppery pears, touch of tropical notes, citrus, very grassy, also lightly sweet and moderately bitter herbs notes, a must to try !

4 oz pour on draft at B Side. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of funk, floral, herbs and spice, light black pepper on the finish. Tastes of funk, citrus peel and fruit, herbs, sweet malt. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

One of the first serious attempts of any Flemish brewery at the Wallonian saison style; peach blonde beer with moussy head and malty, yeasty and fruity profile with appetizing spicy notes and a whiff of peppery hops in the finish. Far from the Dupont or Fantôme saisons, but a very enjoyable ale nonetheless.
