75 cl bottle @ home, BBE 04.11.2017
Aroma has soapy notes, apricot, some citrus and grassy notes. Foamy palate, slightly too high on CO2. Flavour has apricot, some spices, citrus and soapy notes. Finishes with grassy hops that linger for a long time. Also the spices keep up. Refreshing and nice, although a bit stuffy.

Pours cloudy orange with good lacing and head. Light brett and some lemon aroma. Not much hops except in bitterness at end. Average carbonation, some light sourness as well. Bottle thanks to SlovakSniper.

Bottle with a best before of 04/10/17. Pours with a hazed yellow hue and a moderate sized white head. Good retention and lace. Aromas are of floral hops, mild alcohol, estery, bready and biscuity base malt, herbal, Brazil nut, mild isoamyl acetate, fruity and a bit spicy (hop wise). Flavors are quite bitter, medium dry. Toasted and bready malt profile. Dry, lasting and lingering bitterness. Grassy, medium floral. Biscuity, low ester, brambles, spicy. Very lively carbonation. Medium dry. A touch of light struck character. Pretty decent overall hoppy belgian import. Overall a bitter balance and quite strong lingering bitterness.

Very hazy golden amber color. Very clean, lively, fruity nose of raspberries, cherries and peaches. The mouth feel is a bit heavy and I feel this beer could have been better at 5% as a Belgian Pale Ale. Dry and moderately aggressively bitter I overall enjoy, but just the mouth feel wasn’t quit what I wanted.

Draught at CBB. Noble hop nose, citrus, earthy. Light, crisp malt, very persistent hops, with a huge bitterness all around. Very clean and light sweetness. Fun stuff.

Bottle:
Hazy golden pour. Rich head. Aroma is leafy hops, belgian yeast and some bubble gum. Taste is all about bitter, resinous hops. Pretty good, but the massive bitterness gets quite one-dimensional after awhile.

Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Bread and pepper aromas. Dry with thin caramel and bread upfront turning to pepper and citrus in the lasting finish.

On tap, Moeder Lambic. Poured a clear full golden body with a white head. Smooth, quite grainy, though nicely fruity as well aroma, lovely malt profile. Nice mild bitterish spicy hop taste, slightly sweeter than expected, with a good grainy malt backbone, and the spicy hopiness is not as prominent as I’d expected, but this is definitely a very, very tasty beer. This looks like a very good brewery indeed!
