Unser Hausbier ist ungefiltert – auch Zwickel- oder Kellerbier genannt. Leuchtend goldgelb, spritzig, mit leicht fruchtiger Hopfennote. Seine Rezenz und Leichtigkeit machen dieses Bier zur hellen Freude.

Pale blond colour, hazy; creamy head.
Deep hop aroma, fresh, herbal, with honey notes.
Served too cold (and it's also too much carbonated), anyway it's really good; dry, good malt, strong hopping, fresh hop taste, lightly honeyish and lemony; it becomes a bit sweeter when warmer.
Very good, fresh final, not as strong as other favourites (Birrificio Italiano Tipopils and Seeland Blonde)
