Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Some floaties. Aroma of hops, malt, quite herbal, oregano. Sweet herbal flavour, light bitter. Finish clashing herbal oregano with citrus tones.

Heavily lightly blond body with a white frothy head. Aroma of smoke, spices, flowers - not very appealing. Moderately bitter flavour; bit weak.

Sampled @ RBBWG Antwerpen. Courtesy of Sebletitje. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell a bit sweet, sour, citrus. Taste is about the same. Smell and taste oregano. Nicely balanced. Medium carbonation, medium body. Nice one!

75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBWG 2012 – thx to sebletitje– hazy golden wheat colour with a white head, smell is weird to say the least, yeast, citrus air refreshers & spicy spices, taste is odd but even stranger it is odd in new and different but equally weird ways, there is so much oregano in this that it defies sanity, almost burning as it goes down your through, oregano can apparently be spicy, also hints of rosemary, cumin,… citrus, thick yeast, herbal, bitter as well, hay, barnyard, pretty much all around wtf, nice

75 cl bottle @ RBBWG 2012, Antwerpen.

Corked bottle from Beer Mania in Brussels, in 2009
Beautiful color, amber with copper reflex, hazy; small sized head. The aroma is very mild; there is some acidity, funkiness, and cork. Good body structure, the low carbonation helps; it has a peculiar flavor of honey with a light funky trace; citrusy acidity; correct bitterness. Refreshing, yet solid.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of hops, spices, hay and some "dusty" notes. The same in the taste, even more spices. Finish was rather hoppy and dry. Descent but not the best Saison from Fantome.
