Bottle. Pours fizzy yellow with a nice thick and creamy head. Smells a lot of oregano. Taste is typical for the saison style, a little sour and small spicinness with a distinct touch of oregano. Small bitterness.

Bottled. An unclear light yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops, eraser, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus, coriander, and malt, leading to a dry and tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Small off-white head over hazy orange-yellow beer. Spice strikes immediately, and knowing that it is oregan, it is unmistakable, impossible to be confused with anything else. It’s even pizza-like, with some bitterish citrus and maltcrust aromas. More oregan in the taste, slightly roasted and hopbitterness; something as from dandelion too. Or is that suggestion by Fantôme? Bitterish pizza. Spritzy, feels very carbonated, refreshing, seemingly not more than medium-bodied. It’s refreshing, but the oregan is so invading, that it leaves preciously else besides.
