75 cl bottle @ wPBF’13
Aroma has yeast, some fruity notes and citrus. Flavour is tart with some citrus, yeasty notes, fruits and biscuits. Good, feels like some farmhouse saison. Where is the coffee?

Tap at Maxs. Unfiltered amber-orange-brown. Steady uniform beige/off-white head. My first Swiss Weizenbock, sort of has an sour edge to it..is all BFM sour, a la Jolly Pumpkin? Lacy. Completely unique, a sour coffee doppelbock, though it leans towards a Flanders Red in a way too. Medium to full body. Fascinating beer.

33cl bottle pours a maple syrup amber with some cloudy white head. Nose of honey, malt, dried coffee beans, a little clove. Flavor is like raw honey comb, a little dried apple, the coffee disappears a little, a little cognac, some wax. Medium bodied, dry finish. A little weird.

Shared by maniac. Thanks! Pours a hazy copper color with a large creamy head. Decent head retention. Aroma of wheat, olives, earthy notes and banana. The taste is tart wheat, stone fruits, banana and faint coffee if you really go looking for it. Medium bodied.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, Belgium Saturday 29th April 2012 Wild fruity beer with a slightly sour nose, good tangy beer getting better after a slow burner of a start. The barman suggested that this was a beer that would make me orgasm, it didn’t though to be honest in such a public place I was glad. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

Draft. An unclear amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruit, dusty hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, fruits, and malt, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.
