Dark amber coloured beer with a dense rocky foam head. It has a fruity aroma with scents of banana and pear. The palate is sweet and fruity, with suggestions of apricot. The finish is strong and spicy, with a sweet, warm alcohol impression.

Bottled. An amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and and alcohol, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Nice red colored beer with a medium to full sized dense off-white to beige head that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste malts, caramel, some sweetness, some herbs and spices that burn a bit on the tongue when you hold the beer in your mouth for a couple of seconds. A touch of alcohol is present, but doesn’t bother. Medium to full body, full carbonation. Nice beer!

33 cl. bottle @ Gollem. Hazy ruby amber with a cream off-white head. Taste is sweet caramel, rye, bitter bread, alternative grains, bitter spices, raisin, some fruit, light grass, BE yeast, almost hint booze, lively carb. Finally tried one of the Wolf beers. Not bad.

Bottle. A dense, finger-thick off-white head leaves lacings as the more or less clear, dark amber to brown body slides down my throath. Yeasty, sugary aroma with prunes and some grassy, piney hops. The flavor is pretty much the same, too sugary and yeasty I think, with prunes and some caramel hints. Decent bitterness. Full body, some warmth. Pleasant carbonation. As for Wolf 7 & 8, it’s way too yeasty. Else it’s quite decent. 130516

Amber-cream, huge & dense head over fully hazy mahogany beer. Alcohol & melanoidins, dry & dark green leaves, bit bready. Sugarsyrup, molasses. Drier than the nose suggested, but still quite sweet. Speculoosspices, bit peppery, gingerbread. Dried black prunes. Very carbonated feel, slick and even viscous; alcoholwarming present, and for a long time after swallowing. Sweet, spicy and strong, but not very original. At least, it appears well-made.
