Gehaltvoll, wuchtig und voll im Geschmack. Ein wahres Fest für die Geschmacksnerven. Im Mund geballte und durch Eleganz gebändigte Kraft. Feiner, würziger Nachklang mit einer Karamellnote.

bottle, thanks to MoritzF! Clear brwon colour, medium-size head. Full-bodied, slightly fruity, very malty with nice accents of roasetd malt and toffee.

50 cL bottle, trade with Koelschtrinker. Pours dark brown to amber, visible and with a dense off-white head. Breadish malt aroma with a light sweetness and carboard-ish note. Flavour is medium sweet malt, subdued spice flavours and with a light lurking alcohol presence beneath. Mild malty finish with a subdued alcohol flavour, yet still providing a general lifting of the malt flavours. Standard dunkler bock which doesn’t add nor retract compared to others on the market.

Bottle. Clear medium amber color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. (211207)

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear magogany/ruby colour, firm head. Dusty fruity nose. Medium sweet, fairly soft and caramelly with solid malt backbone. Some light lingonberries, otherwise restrained flavourwise. Low bitterness. Promising, but doesn’t bloom.

Wirkt sehr langweilig.. Test vom 7.8.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,8,8,6,13,7 - 7,55

Bottle, 7.2%. Brick-dusty, sweet yeast aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Very small head. The flavour is sweet and peppery, turning a bit bready. With a sweet yeastiness, giving it a slightly Belgian touch. Rather thin mouthfeel. The bitterness gets a bit rough in the late aftertaste.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Somewhat unclean malt aroma. Very solid body with sweetish, roasted malt and distinct alcohol. Fairly solid but the malt profile is somewhat unclean. Subdued bitterness. Not a great Bock, but okay I suppose, if you’re just looking for a cheap buzz. 181206
