A positive experience, on the last sunday with this beverage, smooth and boozy, well balanced, yeasty, rather sweet but it is not disgusting, vanilla and toffee, side of woody barrel, rather discreet, hop at the final, perfect during this windy period. 23.03.2021

Bottled from whole foods bowery. This one is rather unusual, I don’t even know where to begin. Poured brownish with visible sediments. Taste was somewhat gingery and buttery, and a sake taste? Clean finish, sort of like a pale ale w/o hops bite? I don’t even know. But liked it.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è strutturato e multidimensionale. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca porta note di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, cannella, frutta passita, salsa di soia e vaniglia.

Аромат весьма сладкий, немного солодовый, карамельный с оттенком сухофруктов. Цвет коричневый, полу темный и почти прозрачный, с легким осадком. Вкус слегка дрожжевой, очень солодовый похожий на барливайн. Послевкусие умеренно сладкое с оттенками меда и легкой кислинкой. В целом пиво реально похоже на ячменное вино.

Lys brun lett tåkete med beige skum. Lukter lys karamell, rosiner og tørket frukt. Fyldig. Smaker brunet smør, karamell noe trevirke, alkohol og rosiner. Middels lang.

Servida en tulipa. Color ambar oscuro con tonos rojizos, espuma beige amarillento de mediana retención. Aroma maltoso, notas de caramelo, bizcocho, madera, incienso, licor, especias... En boca es de cuerpo medio, textura ligeramente acuosa, gasificación algo pungente, trago de entrada dulce con final amargo, notas de sake, malta, caramelo, madera, frutos secos. Cerveza que encuentro interesante mas no fascinante, echo en falta un poco mas de cuerpo, y algo de redondez. A pesar de todo buena cerveza.

33cl bottle. Pours opaque brown, with quite some yeast in suspension and fine cream foam. Aroma is malty and caramel, figs. Body is partially dense, with average carbonation. Taste is markedly sweet. Final is average in length, with maltiness still.
