Brewery in SLC. Visible bubbles, strong frothy head doesn’t fade. Aroma is a beautiful moderate funk from the brett with hops tingling the senses. Brett B is great. Light American hops exentuate the herbal funk. Light bitterness at the end a beaut of a beer.

On tap at Red Rock, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice funk from the brett, a little leather and sheep skin. Flavour is quite funky, with lots of dry brett, some horse blanket and dry wheaty notes. Nicely done. Solid.

Hazy yellow with a medium sized white head, lots of lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, wheat, brett and oak. Taste of wheat, brett, bright citrus and coriander, spices
Very good, not very often I have 2 pints of any beer during the same visit. The only flaw for me was it’s just a little too sweet. Great job!
