Aroma: slight floral/fruit covering light grains and bread. Color is very pale and carbonation is heavy but leaves just a trace of a white head. If you feel like you really need a rather bland and watery beer, this would be a good choice. It isn’t bad, just doesn’t have much character.

Swing-top bottle: Pale golden coloured, mid-sized white, quickly diminishing head; sweet (pale-)malty nose, a bit soapy; light, sweetish and mild flavour; short, grainy and a bit citrusy finish, nearly without any bitterness. Thirst quenching, but quite boring...............

Bottled. Yellow colour, mediumsized white bubbly head. Hayish and malty nose with rubbery and weak caramellish hints. Hayish, caramelly flavour with hoppy peak. After the peak it turns very pleasantly soft and smooth. Citurs with hops and caramel in aftertaste, nice balance.

(swing top bottle) Clear straw-yellow colour with a medium fast diminishing frothy white head. Sweet malty aroma with notes of citrus fruits and hops. Sweet malty flavour and taste, light body, citric palate and a short slightly dry and hoppy finish. Okay.

Mir schmeckt dieses Bier nicht. Süffig ja, aber der stark malzig herbe Antrunk gefällt mir gar nicht. Im Mittelteil schmeckt das Zeug so, als würde man Gras kauen. Test vom 10.4.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,5,9,5,9,5 - 6,30

This brew is a dark golden color with mild effervescence and a thin white head. Very little lacing. The aroma is fruity and lightly hoppy. Light-bodied and on the sweet side for the most part, with malt, fruit and hay flavors. The finish is rather weak but has some flavor to it. Pretty low on the Helles food chain but not terrible.
