This sessionable ale, brewed at the request of The Dray and The Yard is a golden brew crafted with the 3 big Cs - Chinook, Cascade & Centennial hops, taking us back to the early days of Northwest IPAs.

Draft at brewery. Clear light gold color. I’m digging the IPA. Maybe it’s the lack of hops I dislike and a general, lightly citrus hoppiness. And no malts getting in the way. The perfecr, for me, bitterness level for the beer.

Draft 12 oz pour at Stoup. Hazy, light golden pour with a consistent foam head and lacing. Soft, sweet fruit hopped aroma. Easy drinker here. A crusher like I think sessions should be. Cool flavor, with a soft, but enjoyable hop bitterness. Overall, a solid SIPA.
