Hazy blond color; it has a quite evident aroma and flavor of elderflowers, the body is lean, the mouthfeel very dry.
Not what expected from a typical Saison, this is different, but very good.

5oz Draft at brewery. This is another one of those typical American Belgian ales named Saison bc that is the new "in" term. A little too sweet, a little too slick esteriness, and a lot too much of a bastardization.

On tap at Seapine, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of farmhouse yeast, bready malt and some crisp spiciness. Flavour is unusual, with a bizarre almost sugar candy-like sweetness, atop farmhouse yeast and crisp crackery malt. Tastes like they don't know what they're doing. It's okay for what it is, but needs work.
